FITASPHUC involves a mixture of circuit, strength and cardio training combined with a High Intensity format to deliver results without spending countless hours at the gym.

FITASPHUC is for every fitness level from beginners and all age groups. The training can be personalised to your own current fitness level with the Phuc paying attention to your limits and not letting you push past them until you are ready
